Please be informed that Art is Fair KL will only deliver your order within Malaysia. Delivery of your order may vary within 30 business days (W.Malaysia) after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed. All delivery time quoted are mere estimates based on availability and normal processing of the delivery company responsible for delivering your order to you.

The shipping rates will be calculated during your checkout at the website. The shipping fees will be calculated based on your order quantity.

Upon checking out, you will be notified via email on your order confirmation. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details including tracking number for your order from the delivery company, Hock Cheong Transport Sdn Bhd.

Please be informed that we only perform door to door delivery. We do not accept delivery to PO boxes. Additional charges may be required for delivery issues such as lack of elevator access to apartment, re-delivery etc.

Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided by you when placing your order. The delivery company may contact you to notify you of an upcoming delivery and/or an unsuccessful delivery. As such, please ensure that you provide us with an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number to facilitate final delivery. BAD PR shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and/or expenses arising out of late or failed delivery of your order to you.

If you wish to change the delivery address after successfully placing your order, you shall agree to bear the additional shipping fees.

We will use our best endeavour to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive your goods after forty five (45) working days (W. Malaysia) placing your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at of the problem after forty five (45) working days placing your order.

If you do notify us after forty five (45) working days placing your order, we will look into the matter and at our sole discretion, make good the non-delivery of the order. However, if the non-delivery was due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address and/or contact number provided by you when you place your order, you agree to bear the re-shipping fees and any administration charges incurred.

If after forty five (45) business days from the date the order was placed, the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address and/or contact number provided by you when you placed the order, we reserve the right to dispose your order without giving notice and will have no liability to refund to you the monies you paid for the order.
